Consumer Trends Consulting
In 2018 Geraldine Kann aka Cavall Mari collaborated in a Trend Think Tank for the digital consumer trend book “Regeneration – The Green Trend Book N#1 2019/21” on sustainability for interior design & lifestyle, after previously assessing Mercats de Barcelona in a bespoke trend-consulting project for the 39 traditional food markets that can be found in the city of Barcelona.
The project for Mercats de Barcelona was developed in the first quarter of 2018 within the context of consumer trends in the food and beverage industry including the curation of a trend research report. For this purpose, Geraldine was part of a multicultural and interdisciplinary team in order to design, plan, and execute a specific research methodology, key trend detection, and innovation recommendation strategy. This experience showed how much she enjoys doing research, analysis and innovation proposals on specific industry topics for finding and delivering relevant results and new concepts and ideas that will serve the company’s requirements and future purpose.
Following Mercats de Barcelona’s project, Geraldine Kann collaborated in a Trend Think Tank for the digital consumer trend book “Regeneration – The Green Trend Book N#1 2019/21” on sustainability for interior design & lifestyle. The content was created in a collaboration process of experts from different areas during the annual Trend Think Tank of the agency Eclectic Trends to set a first general direction on sustainability and new materials. The report was published online in March 2019 and dealt with the moment we live in where we realize that restoring, recreating and regenerating has not only become important for ourselves, but for our environment, too. A shift from ME to WE in order to contribute to the planet in a more responsible way.
